To provide a quick and easy listing experience, Davidson County now provides an Online Listing option for our Businesses and Individual Personal Properties. The taxpayer has the option to file or request an extension online. A confirmation will be sent to the owner once submitted within 30 minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your junk or spam email folder.
The only information required to access your listing form is the Record Access Code and Account Number. This information is located in the upper section of the listing form that you received.

Listings and or Extension Requests are required to be submitted no later than January 31st, 2024 to avoid a 10% late listing penalty.
